Bio
Dr. Carrie Register-Haley is the Founder and CEO of Revelation of Investment Coaching (roi-coaching.com) in Alexandria, VA. Dr. Haley is a Certified Professional Coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Her niche is Executive and Leadership Development Coaching and her approach is rooted in re-energizing, re-empowering and rediscovering a passion for what you want to accomplish. She helps clients to consider their organization, personal and mission objectives, because each is a reflection of who you are, and how you show up in your professional environment. Her intuitive listening skills, coupled with her ability to ask powerful clarity seeking questions helps client create their own solutions. Dr. Haley also believes in concentrating on the client and not the task, so that client develops repeatable skills that last beyond the coaching engagement. Her goal when partnering with clients she commits to “Working together to discover the best version of you.”
Dr. Haley has a PhD in General Psychology from Capella University, Masters in Human Relations, Oklahoma University along with a myriad of other certifications such as: Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Human Resources Management, Energy Leadership Index-Master Practitioner from the Institute of Professional Coaching, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified Total-Strength Deployment Inventory Facilitator, Emotional Intelligence EQ-I Certified, 5 Languages of Appreciation Facilitator, Black Belt-Lean Six Sigma, Villanova University and a graduate from Federal Executive Institute, Charlottesville, VA. Additionally she has obtained certifications in Diversity and Inclusion Human Relations, High Performance Leadership and Leading Change from Cornell University.
Dr. Haley served nearly 21 years on active duty in the US Army before retiring and continued with the Department of Defense as a Director in Military Human Resources and an executive coach for more than 16 years. She currently serves as a Treasury Executive Institute Coaching Cadre, facilitator and mentor coach, and USCIS Coaching Ambassador.

Dr. Haley is the author of The Best Investment is Within One’s Self 2nd Edition on Amazon. She has also presented workshops on team-building and empowerment to the United States Army Wounded Warriors Annual Training Session, Department of Commerce, Department of Justice and a speaker for Beyond Measure Inc., Federal Employed Women Association, U.S Air Force Coaching Pilot, Restoring Lives, Purple Runway and Turning Point, and also collaborated with Pure Joy TV. She regularly conducts Leadership, Vision Boarding and Goal Seminars for World Financial Group and Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc. Each opportunity has allowed her to experience a deeper appreciation for mentoring and Executive Leadership Empowerment Coaching.
